The fine print: Payment is due in full 1 week before your need-by date. Your payment confirms that your order is booked and on the calendar. Once payment is received and your order is booked, there are no refunds. No payment, no cake!
Cakes generally cannot be shipped, but if you have a specific idea in mind that requires shipping, reach out and we will see what we can do.
